Andrew Marc is a premier designer, manufacturer, and wholesaler of men’s and women’s leather clothing and other apparel. The Company was founded in 1991 by Andrew and Suzanne Schwartz and has grown to be the national leader in the leather outer market known for its quality, design, and accessibility. Andrew Marc’s current collection includes leather and cloth coats, jacket, pants, skirts, shirts, blazers, and other outerwear. The brand is available at Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Marshall Field’s, Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, and Macy’s. 

Andrew Marc reached out to The Sage Group to explore a potential sale. The Company selected to partner with GB Palladin Capital, LLC, a division of Gordon Brothers Group. Andrew and Suzanne Schwartz will stay at Andrew Marc and continue to run the firm on a day-to-day basis.
