The Sage Group acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Bluestar Alliance in the sale of Brian Atwood (owned by The Jones Group) to an entity owned by Steve Madden and Brian Atwood. Bluestar Alliance is a privately-owned brand management company which owns, manages, and markets a portfolio of consumer brands.
