PrAna reached out to The Sage Group to explore M&A opportunities. After extensive market research, prAna chose to partner with Liz Claiborne. Beaver and Pam Theodosakis and Demain Kloer will remain at the Company and focus on growth through Liz Claiborne’s global sourcing network and financial capital.
