has sold a stake to Solera Capital

Calypso Christine Celle is a luxury lifestyle apparel brand with retail stores across the country. The Company’s products include women’s and children’s lifestyle apparel, accessories, and luxury home goods. The brand is known for its tropical lifestyle with bright colors and chic designs. Founder Christiane Celle opened the first Calypso in St. Barth’s 15 years ago and now the Company operates 30 stores worldwide, including 13 in Manhattan and 4 in Paris. 

The Sage Group served as the exclusive financial advisor to Calypso Christiane Celle in its sale of a majority interest to Solera Capital, a private equity investment firm based in New York. The partnership will enable the Company to double the chain’s size in domestic and international expansion.
