RVCA is a national brand of surf and skate-wear, as well as accessories, for men and women. The Company was founded in 2001 by Pat Tenore and has grown a reputation as a lifestyle brand for artists, musicians, surfers, and models. The brand’s products can be found at independent surf and skate shops as well as larger retailers such as Barney’s, Nordstrom, and Pacific Sunwear. 

The Sage Group represented a significant stakeholder in a debt transaction with RVCA.
