Catherine Malandrino is a designer, manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer of high-end women’s apparel. The Company was launched in 1998 by Catherine Malandrino and in 2005 divided the collection into the Catherine Malandrino contemporary label and Malandrino, the runway collection. Both labels are available in 284 retail doors worldwide including Bergdorf Goodman, Tsum, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Harvey Nichols, and Neiman Marcus. The Company’s product line includes dresses, tops, skirts, pants, sweaters, coats, shoes, and accessories. 

Catherine Malandrino engaged The Sage Group to explore partnership opportunities. After receiving multiple offers, the Company selected to partner with Elie Tahari and Arthur S. Levine. The deal will enable the Company to grow the brand in retail and wholesale, in new categories, and global expansion.
