was acquired by The Gores Group

Big Strike is a leading designer, manufacturer, and wholesaler of casual and junior apparel under the Heart and Soul, and Soulmates brands. Based out of Garden, California, the Company’s collections in junior sportswear, including tops, pants, shorts, dresses, knitwear, jackets, and suiting. The brands are sold at major channels such as Kohl’s, JC Penney, Sears, Dillard’s, and many others.  

The Sage Group served as exclusive financial advisor to Big Strike in the sale of its Heart Soul and Soulmates brands to The Gore Group, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles. The partnership will focus on growth and new opportunities in the marketplace.
