Mac & Jac is a wholesaler and retailer of upscale women’s and men’s apparel. Founded in 1985, the Company offers modern, fashionable, high-quality apparel and accessories through its mac & jac, kenzie, and kenziegirl brands. Based in Vancouver, Canada, the Mac & Jac’s products sell primarily through select specialty stores and department stores such as Nordstrom, Macy’s, Marshall Field’s, and Dillard’s. 

The Sage Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Westcoast Contempo Fashions in the sale of its Mac & jac, kenzie, and kenziegirl brands to Liz Claiborne. Together, the founders of the Company and Liz Claiborne will focus on growth strategies to maximize performance in the marketplace.
