One Girl Who… designs and markets high-quality women’s knitwear, tops, and related products to leading specialty stores nationwide and directly through its Sweater.com website. The Los Angeles-based company was founded in 1998 by Bruce Gifford and Dan Jaffe as the e-commerce business Sweater.com and in 2002 launched the One Girl Who… line of luxury and novelty sweaters. The Company’s collection includes basics, sweaters, T-shirts, and leather jackets with knit components for the 30 – 55-year-old customer and is sold in over 1,000 specialty stores.  

The Sage Group served as exclusive financial advisor to One Girl Who… in its sale to Hartmarx Corporation, based in Chicago, Illinois. The Company is looking to build its Sweater.com e-commerce business as well as to expand into bottoms.
